Watford have beaten Norwich City in the first game of the NPower Championship tonight, newcomers Norwich struggled to break down Watford with the Hornets taking a 2-0 lead in the first half after goals from John Eustace and man of the match Danny Graham.
Norwich manager Paul Lambert team-talk done the trick as just after the second half had started Norwich pulled a goal back on 52 minutes through midfielder Andrew Crofts, the game was an electric spectacle played with fast pace and clincal counter-attacking, two of the goals were top draw with Watford's second and Norwich's first goal. Later in the game the Hornets extended their lead to 3-1 with Danny Graham hiting his second of the game and Watford dominated most of the game. But right on the 90th mintue Norwich pulled a goal back through Michael Nelson for the game to finish up 3-2 at Carrow Road.
